ORDERS
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Made to order items will be dispatched within 2 weeks
PAYMENT TERMS
All jewellery remains the property of Jaz Allan until paid for in full.
Card payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Card information is not stored.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel an order please notify Jaz via email within 24 hours of the order being placed.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. You will be sent a tracking number once the item has been posted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Jaz via email within 14 days of receiving your jewellery to arrange a refund or exchange, providing it is returned unworn and in its original condition.
Bespoke orders and personalised items cannot be refunded.
If returning items, please use a tracked delivery service and obtain a proof of postage from the post office. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Jaz Allan cannot accept responsibility for any parcels damaged or lost in transit.
COMMISSIONS
Commissions require at least a 50% deposit before work is started.
The balance must be paid in full before the item can be shipped.
SIZING
When ordering, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ring size.
If you are unsure about a ring size, please contact me for assistance.
Alternatively, you can usually have your ring size measured at a local jewellers.
I will happily resize a ring once free of charge.
Any further resizing will incur a charge per ring.
REPAIRS
If any item bought from the website becomes damaged, please get in touch. Repairs will be judged on a case by case basis.
SUSTAINABILITY
Every piece of jewellery is made in my studio, using natural solutions and recycled metals wherever possible. My packaging is 100% recyclable.
PRIVACY
I am committed to protecting the personal information of customers and website visitors.
Customer details will only be used to send or respond to emails and post orders.
Customer information will not be shared with any third party.
