UK DELIVERY

IN STOCK Items will be dispatched within 48 hours.

MADE TO ORDER items will be handmade and dispatched within 2 weeks.

Once dispatched, your jewellery will arrive in 2 -3 working days.

For bespoke items, making and delivery times will depend on the project, and will be part of the consultation process.

I currently only deliver to the UK. All UK deliveries are charged at £2.95

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. I will send you the tracking information once shipped.

If you urgently require a piece for a special occasion, this can usually be accommodated.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, I am happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please email me within 14 days of receiving your item.

Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be refunded.
